Located in Shipyard Plantation, the home is convenient to golf, the world-renowned Van der Meer Tennis Center, and the beach, just 1.5 miles away. The private *heated pool, surrounded by a large deck, offers plenty of lounge chairs, and a gas grill. A glass dining table, with seating for 6, allows for al fresco dining.
